At The Delightful Dish, our goal is to provide you with convenient, delicious and healthy meals. Please visit often and tell your friends about us. We ask that you abide by the terms and conditions that follow. Please read them carefully, because your use of our website constitutes your agreement with these terms. The Delightful Dish reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions from time to time. Please check back to see any changes, your use of our website following any changes indicates your agreement to be bound by those modifications.
2. Rescheduling and Cancellations
If you need to reschedule your session, we will do everything we can to accommodate you. If you cancel a session or pick up order with more than 48 hours in advance of your booking, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less then 48 hours in advance of your session will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
We understand that life is unpredictable and we will be happy (even at the last minute) to assemble your meals for you at no extra charge if you cannot attend your session. We are even happy to put them in our freezer for you until you can come by.
3. Food Transportation , Storage and Cooking
You take full responsibility for the transportation and proper storage of your Delightful Dish meals, for promptly freezing them following your assembly session, defrost in a refrigerator and that all dinners will be heated to an internal temperature above 145 degrees for steak, 160 degrees for fish,ground beef or pork and 165 degrees for poultry, when ready to eat. You agree to release The Delightful Dish from all claims, damages and causes of action or liabilities which may arise as a result of your preparation, storages and consumption of The Delightful Dish meals, except if solely due to the gross negligence of The Delightful Dish.

4. Food Allergies
Ingredients may have been prepared with wheat, dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish. Please contact the Delightful Dish directly for help with any food allergies.
5. Communicable Diseases
You may not attend your session if you have or have been exposed to any communicable diseases including cold or flu, etc. However, we will be happy to reschedule for you or preassemble your items for pickup.
6. Pricing
Prices are quoted in U.S. currency and are valid and effective only in the United States. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
7. User Comments
Any comments, suggestions, ideas, materials and other submissions that you send to The Delightful Dish are provided on a non-confidential basis. By submitting such Comments, you are granting The Delightful Dish an irrevocable and unrestricted license for any purpose whatsoever, including use, reproduction, publication, broadcast, posting, modification, transmission, display and distribution. However, because we value the trust that you have placed in us, we will not use any of your personal information (name, etc.) in connection with your Comments without your consent.
8. Information Accuracy
The Delightful Dish will use reasonable efforts to include accurate and current information on DelightfulDish.com, but The Delightful Dish makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy of such information.
